Return Policy

HomeBook is digital software, so there is no physical product to return. This policy explains refunds and the statutory withdrawal rights that may apply to your purchase.

1. Digital product

HomeBook is supplied digitally. No physical product is shipped and there are no physical return costs.

2. Statutory withdrawal right

For consumers in the EU/EEA, online purchases of digital content are generally subject to a 14-day withdrawal period unless a legal exception applies.

If you purchase HomeBook and want to use your statutory withdrawal right, contact us clearly within the applicable withdrawal period at homebook.support@gmail.com or use the withdrawal function provided in the purchase interface when available.

3. Immediate digital delivery

Because HomeBook is digital content, you may choose to receive it immediately rather than waiting for the withdrawal period to expire. Where required by law, immediate delivery will require your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

If those legal requirements are not fulfilled, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

4. Refunds after withdrawal

Where a valid withdrawal gives you a right to a refund, we will refund the payments received in accordance with applicable law and using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Defective or non-conforming digital content

Statutory consumer rights relating to faulty, non-conforming or incorrectly delivered digital content are separate from the voluntary return policy. If HomeBook does not conform to the contract or cannot be delivered as agreed, contact us and describe the problem. We will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. How to contact us

Send your withdrawal or refund request to homebook.support@gmail.com. Please include the name used for the purchase, the purchase date and, if available, the order or receipt reference. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

7. Mandatory rights

This policy does not remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If mandatory consumer law in your country provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
